This project is funded by the European Erasmus+ Programme and belongs to its Key Action 2: Cooperation for Innovation and Exchange of Good Practices. It is being developed along the years 2020-2023 by four institutions located respectively in Croatia, Estonia, Germany and Spain.

Anna
I work as a pedagogical staff at Arbeit und Leben NRW since 2017. After my Master´s degree in Social Sciences I participated in different intercultural projects, national and international. I work with different tools and methods and am excited to exchange new experiences in this European collaboration.

Erika
I work as a Senior adult education expert at the Open University of Umag, which provides educational programs for adults. I am also a teacher of Italian and Russian languages, I am a certified Assistant Trainer and a Specialist for creating e-learning content. Lately my interest is in the use of digital tools.

Liina
I'm a training manager in Innowise Centre for Adult Educators. I am currently becoming an adult educator as well. Exciting! I studied semiotics and culture studies for 10 years. For three years I was a member of a big project where we created a digital learning platform called Education of Screen.

Maximilian
I live in North Rhine Westphalia. I´m a social worker/social pedagogue and in the final phase of my master´s degree in cultural management. My current employers are Arbeit und Leben NRW and Theatres, where I manage various projects in the field of further education and cultural participation.

Sanja
I work as a Consultant for education at the Open University of Umag, which is an institution for adult and lifelong learning. I'm also a teacher of Fine Arts and besides my experience in education, I worked for more than 10 years in the field of art & culture. Recently, I finished my 2nd master's degree in the field of Digital Media in Graz (Austria).
