The pilot short term staff training event Instructional Designer in Adult Education was coordinated by the Open University of Umag, and was held from November 9, 2022 to January 25, 2023. Totally 10 teachers and lecturers with previous working experience in adult education participated to the training of the duration of 95 learning hours achieving new competences and skills in the field of instructional design.
